e-shop – General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions cover all goods and services provided by Ultralux Marketing AG in fulfilment of orders placed by customers outside the context of their commercial or independent business activities. Differing and/or supplementary agreements require the explicit written consent of Ultralux Marketing AG. This also applies to a waiver of the requirement for the written form.

Ultralux Marketing AG is the manufacturer or official distributor of the brands and items on sale. Ultralux Marketing AG guarantees their authenticity and international warranty.

When an order is received, an order confirmation is sent out with a proposed delivery date. If the item that has been ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of this.

Prices include VAT at 8.0%. When goods are supplied to customers outside Switzerland, VAT will be deducted from the price.

Goods supplied to customers outside Switzerland will be subject to customs duty and VAT at the current rates in the country where they are being imported.
The prices cover the watch or jewellery plus packaging and warranty certificate.

Payment must be made by credit card, in advance or cash on delivery.

We guarantee your right to return the goods if you cancel your order in writing (info@ultralux.ch) within two weeks of receipt of the goods and return the goods to us. They must be returned in the original packaging together with the warranty certificate. They must also be in perfect condition and show no signs of use. In order to meet the deadline you must send the goods in good time (as indicated by the postmark) to:

The warranty is governed by the terms of the relevant legislation. We will repair faulty goods free of charge or, if necessary, replace them. An international warranty period of 2 years for manufacturing defects applies to all goods. Watch glasses and watch straps are not covered by this warranty.

Your credit card details are encrypted using proven SSL technology. In addition every transaction is authorised online by the relevant credit card company. Your purchases will appear on your credit card statement as www.ultralux.ch.

We undertake not to disclose your personal data to third parties. All personal data will, of course, be treated as confidential. The data needed to process the transaction will be stored and may be passed to associated companies for the purposes of order processing.

The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
